Privacy Policy

Effective date: 24 July 2026 · Applies to the King Card Game app on all platforms and to this website.

In short: King does not require an account, shows no advertising, contains no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not sell or share data. Single-player works entirely on your device. Online multiplayer transmits only what is technically necessary to run the game.

Who is responsible

The app is developed and copyrighted by Mikhail A. Matveev (“the Developer”) and distributed on the Apple App Store by Elizaveta Fragner, Halskestr. 34 A, 12167 Berlin, Germany (“the Publisher”). For data-protection purposes relating to the app and this website you can reach us as described on the Impressum and Support pages.

Data stored on your device only

The game stores the following locally on your device, using your operating system's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app:

Online multiplayer

If — and only if — you use the Multiplayer mode, the app connects to our game server. To run the match, the server processes:

Rooms live in the server's memory only. When a match ends or a room expires, its data — names, moves, tokens — is discarded. The server keeps no accounts, no player database and no gameplay history. Other players at your table see only your display name.

What we do not do

Platform services

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. If you have enabled the sharing of diagnostics or crash reports with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymised crash statistics. These services are governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

This website

king.rh1.tech is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party content. The web server processes IP addresses transiently in ordinary access logs for security and operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we hold no persistent personal data about you, in practice deleting the app removes everything stored about you; multiplayer data disappears when your room ends.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes what it processes, this page will be updated first, with a new effective date. Please review it from time to time.
